My Lazer isn’t working…

Sorry to hear you're experiencing some ED. Sometimes customers are charging or using the device incorrectly. Please watch the video above for some pointers!

  • Remove plastic safety clip
  • ONLY use provided charging cord
  • Charge in OFF position (push slider displays “ON”)
  • Scroll images using rotating slider wheel
  • Shapes come out logo end. Red dot, blacklight, flashlight come out the other end.
  • Make sure you are shining at a distance of 4 feet or more

Please note: the shapes end of the Lazer is limited to 5mW of power by law, so is not intended to work in daylight. Bright environments drown out the lazer, but in the right environment they will work from 50 feet away. I assure you that you’ll be able to cause some ruckus in the right environment.

Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 days, unless major carriers are experiencing holiday delays.

If your package says delivered, but you haven’t received it yet: Please contact your local post office (DHL / USPS), if it’s UniUni they provide a delivery photo (or contact their support: https://www.uniuni.com/support/). If you have trouble contacting UniUni, please reach out to us using the contact form below.

Try checking with your neighbors! Also, sometimes tracking says delivered, but it does not actually deliver for another day or two. Thank you!
