GUIDELINES

1. YOU must be 18+ years of age to enter, view, and use our website. YOU must be 18+ years old to make a purchase. 
2. NEVER point your laser at any other person or at an animal. 
3. NEVER point your laser at any Aircraft, Motor Vehicle, Law Enforcement person or vehicle, or at buildings. It is not only dangerous, but illegal.  
4. NEVER point your laser at yourself or someone else. 
5. AVOID shining your laser in the eyes of any person or animal.
6. NEVER use your laser in an overly crowded indoor setting. 
7. NEVER allow children to handle these lasers unsupervised. 
8. NEVER use your laser on reflective or semi-reflective surfaces. 
9. NEVER insert the laser into your or anyone else's body. 
10. BE CAREFUL. Lasers produce very bright dense light and are not toys. 
11. Products contain small pieces, including protective pieces which can easily be  removed or fall off, and small batteries. These items pose a potential choking hazard to small children and animals. Do not put items in your mouth. Do not allow children to play with devices.

Anyone in possession of a Dick Lazer understands that they use Dick Lazers at their own risk. We are not responsible for injury or harm, physically or otherwise, caused to oneself or others. Dick Lazer users are responsible for their own behavior. Please act responsibly and comply with all laws. We are not responsible for any consequences associated with usage and behavior of the Dick Lazer. Dick Lazers are battery charged. Please be conscientious of all hazards surrounding batteries and please recycle when you are finished with your Dick Lazer.
